DESCRIPTION
The Cloud Sofa showcases a clean, contemporary silhouette that blends seamlessly into any interior, offering understated luxury and timeless appeal. Its modular construction allows flexible right- or left-side configurations, making it easy to tailor the layout to suit your space. Both the overall size and the number of modular sections can be fully customized to any dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit for your home.
Each cushion core is encased in carefully selected down-proof fabric to prevent filler shifting or leakage, ensuring long-lasting comfort and structure. The seat cushions are also equipped with discreet Velcro fastenings for enhanced stability and support.
The fabric can be selected from our curated range of premium polyester upholstery that is waterproof and highly stain-resistant, making it ideal for everyday living.
Additionally, the Cloud Sofa includes:

Filling (only applicable for Daphney sofa)
The longevity of the sofa filling depends on usage. Feather filling, due to its natural properties, tends to flatten more quickly. That’s why we use a feather-fiber blend, which provides better durability and shape retention.
If you choose 100% feather filling, please note that it may require refilling every 2–3 months. The feather-fiber blend typically lasts 6–12 months before a refill is recommended. Refills are available at a charge.
Warranty
We provide a warranty of up to 2 years on the solid wood structure of the sofa, covering any manufacturing defects, damage, or structural misalignment.
Please note that fabric is not covered under warranty, as it is subject to individual usage, handling, and normal wear and tear, which we cannot control or guarantee.
However, if any damage is noticed at the time of delivery, kindly report it to us immediately and we will ensure it is rectified promptly.
CARE & CLEANING
Spills:
- Act quickly: The faster you address a spill, the easier it is to remove.
- Blot, don’t rub: Use a clean, absorbent cloth to gently blot the spill. Rubbing can spread the stain.
- Avoid harsh chemicals: Use only mild, fabric-safe cleaners. Strong chemicals may damage the fabric.
- Stubborn stains: For persistent stains, it’s best to consult a professional upholstery cleaning service.
General Cleaning:
- Regular vacuuming: Vacuum your sofa frequently to remove dust and debris.
- Spot cleaning: Use a mild upholstery cleaner with a soft cloth for stains or spills. Always test in an inconspicuous area first to prevent discoloration.
- Avoid excess moisture: While spot cleaning is necessary, avoid soaking the fabric, as excess moisture can lead to mold or mildew.
Protection:
- Shield from sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade fabric. Use curtains or blinds to protect your sofa.
- Prevent moisture: Keep the sofa away from damp areas and avoid direct contact with the floor. Using a sofa cover or throw can add extra protection.
Conditioning:
- Fabric protectors: Applying a fabric conditioner or protector (as per the manufacturer’s instructions) can help maintain the sofa’s appearance and longevity.

- Use covers: Removable covers can protect your sofa from spills, stains, and general wear.
- Handle pets with care: If you have pets, consider keeping them off the sofa or using pet-friendly covers.

RETURN POLICY
Before making a purchase, we advise you to confirm that the product's dimensions will fit in your elevator or house. Please be aware that there may be some variations in the color and texture of the goods between the real thing and the picture. All custom-sized, bespoke items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Unfortunately, deliveries that are delayed because of unforeseen situations or official holidays are not our responsibility.
